Return & Refund Policy

Dear Customer, 

Ananyaa Electrical  Store (a Havells Products wholesaler ) selling all types of Havells - Llyod , REO , Standard , Crabtree brand products like all types of Leds, All Appliances, Motor, AC, Refgrirator, LED TV, washing machine, modular switches, sockets, plates, regulators, Condenser, door bells, water tank alarm, multiplugs, 3pin tops, 2pin plugs, Holders,  etc......on wholesale rates. 

Our policy is very clear....... Once Item is sold from the outlet,  there will no exchange or refund.

In special cases, we will take back some items on same day only (before 8pm), but the item should be in same original form and will give credit note which is valid for 1 month and NOT the cash.

Only, if product is under warranty, then will do ,as per the manufacturer policy.
